Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Tiarra Chance has always had a passion for being involved in her city. She has spent a lot of her time working with local non-profits to provide outreach programs to underserved populations; all while building her career in Human Resources. Quickly, she gained an understanding of how some of the issues in Baltimore were a direct result of hopelessness and the lack of access to resources for citizens who desired to be entrepreneurs. This presented the opportunity for Ms. Chance to combine both her passion for the city and for Human Resources. Tiarra Chance is an experienced Human Resources leader with multi-industry knowledge and experience to include staffing, IT services, food services, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. She has a passion for mission driven work that allows her to create HR infrastructure for new and growing business ventures. Her work experience has primarily been built around creating collaborative, high performing and compliant teams. In 2021, Ms. Chance had an idea to start working with small businesses in an effort to create an even playing field for talent management. Hailey Chance Consulting, LLC’s mission is to provide both practical and innovative Human Resources Solutions to small businesses.
